| Shackelford, Melton & McKinley Adds Corporate Securities Attorney in Dallas |

DALLAS - The Dallas law firm of Shackelford, Melton & McKinley, LLP, is pleased to announce the addition of corporate securities attorney Henry Exall IV as Of Counsel.
Mr. Exall joins Shackelford, Melton & McKinley with more than two decades of corporate and legal experience. He will assist clients with corporate transactions and negotiations, as well as matters involving financial and operational issues.
"We are very excited to have Henry joining the firm," says John Shackelford, a founding partner of Shackelford, Melton & McKinley. "He is an exceptional attorney with an in-house background that gives him a unique understanding of the issues that impact our clients' businesses."
Mr. Exall joins the firm from the managing director's role at a merchant banking corporation where he was responsible for all in-house legal matters, including contracting, capital raising and corporate structuring.
A 1989 graduate of the University of Texas School of Law, Mr. Exall earned his undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, at Washington & Lee University. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the North Texas Chapter of the Young Presidents' Organization.
