Andy Siegel has been selected to serve as a panelist for one of the nation's largest conferences focusing on alcohol issues in the hospitality industry. Mr. Siegel will speak at the Center for Alcohol Policy's National Law Symposium, to be held October 18-20 in Chicago. He will address the changing patterns in supplier contracts for alcohol distributors, how certain clauses in those contracts may conflict with individual state laws, and how wholesalers and distributors can successfully negotiate and resolve contract enforceability matters.
