Brandon L. Starling - Dallas
Brandon Starling routinely works with homebuilders, homeowners, general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers in matters encompassing all areas of commercial and residential construction law, including construction defect claims, mechanic's lien claims, contract disputes and collection matters. He also assists clients in various general civil litigation matters, including commercial collections, employment disputes, premises liability claims, nonsubscriber actions, and medical malpractice claims. Mr. Starling was named in the 2010 Texas Rising Stars listing published by Texas Super Lawyers, a service of the Thomson Reuters, Legal division.
ActivitiesMr. Starling is a member of the Dallas Bar Association and the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers. He is the former director of marketing for Regent Entertainment, a feature film production company which produced the Academy Award-winning film Gods and Monsters, and was a production assistant on the television series Family Matters and Step By Step.
EducationMr. Starling earned his law degree from Southern Methodist University's Dedman School of Law, where he was a member of the Christian Legal Society. He earned his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Baylor University.
